One Spices Chicken Pickle: My Honest Review
How I First Tried It
I first tasted a chicken pickle at a restaurant called Adhitya Foods in Jayanagar, where it’s served as one of their dishes. That one bite stuck with me, and it’s what led me to look into different chicken pickle brands to compare. That’s how I ended up trying One Spices.
The Taste
One Spices pickles genuinely taste different from other brands I’ve tried. I also tried a few others afterward, including Tasty Nibbles and several more, and while the chicken pieces in those were good, something about the real chicken taste just wasn’t quite there. With One Spices, that flavor felt more authentic.
It is on the spicier side, so I don’t think it will suit everyone’s taste buds. If you’re sensitive to spice, that’s worth keeping in mind before you order.
My Rating
That’s a high score, and it comes with one caveat: the spice level. Outside of that, this is one of the better chicken pickles I’ve had.
Ordering & Customization
From what I know, since they’re still a fairly new startup, you can call them directly to order and even request your preference to be made according to your taste. I can’t say how this will hold up as they grow, since I’ve noticed that small-batch preparation tends to taste better than bulk, machine-made production – something to watch as the brand scales.
What Else They Sell
Beyond the chicken pickle, they also sell:
- Veg pickles
- Non-veg pickles
- Masalas
- And a few other products
Payment & Ordering Info
